ConvertNow ("the App") is an offline audio/video format conversion utility. We take your privacy seriously. This policy makes one thing crystal clear: we do not collect, store, or upload any of your personal data.

1. Information Collection

The App does not collect any information whatsoever:

• No personal identifiers — no account registration, no name, email, or phone number.
• No device information — no device ID, IP address, or location data.
• No usage analytics — no behavior tracking, no crash reporting, no telemetry.
• No network communication — the App operates entirely offline and never connects to any server.

2. Data Storage

All media files and conversion results are stored locally on your device. The App does not upload any files to the internet, cloud services, or third-party servers.

• Processed files are saved in the App's private directory on your device
• You can delete work records and associated files within the App
• Uninstalling the App will remove all local data

3. Permissions

The App requests the following system permissions solely for core functionality:

• Photo Library Read — to select video files from your photo library for conversion
• Photo Library Write — to save converted videos to your photo library

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the FFmpegKit open-source library for media processing. FFmpegKit runs entirely on-device and involves no network communication or data collection. The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

5. Children's Privacy

Since the App collects no personal information whatsoever, it also does not collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, we will update this page with app updates.
